Onboarding - Key Features

The AutoHire Onboarding System provides a means for organizations to further automate the hiring process. It replaces paper forms that require manual delivery and data entry, with an online form presentation and delivery system that collects information directly from the candidates. The electronic signature feature is used to maximize the paperwork that can be completed online.

All forms and data are maintained in the system to provide a repository of hiring documentation in a secure environment. All documentation associated with new hires can also be packaged and distributed electronically. Access to sensitive information can be restricted by assigning user rights or restrictions.

The Onboarding System supports an unlimited number of forms, email notifications and offer letters. It is completely customizable, allowing the form design and workflow process to be defined based on the needs of the organization. An offer letter generator that dynamically creates offer letters based on job requisition specifications and other variables defined and entered by the organization is included.
